Shipping and returns

Shipping your package

Packages are generally shipped within 2 days of receipt of payment and are shipped via Express Courier with tracking.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs and postage. Handling costs are fixed, while transport costs vary depending on the total weight of the shipment. We recommend that you group your items in a single order. We cannot group two separate orders placed separately, so shipping costs will be charged for each of them. Your package will be shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items.

The boxes are adequately large and your items are well protected.

We ship throughout Italy including the smaller islands. Our partners are Bartolini, GLS and Poste Italiane. The choice of courier is made automatically by the system based on the weight/volume/CUSTOMER ZIP code and cannot be changed by the customer at the time of ordering.

Orders will be processed within 24 working hours from confirmation and delivered in 24/48 (depending on the destination area). Orders placed on HOLIDAYS or extraordinary closure days (April 25, May 1, June 2, etc.) will be postponed to the first available working day.

The customer has the duty to check upon delivery whether the packages received are intact; in the case of a damaged package, the customer must accept everything with reservation, indicating the precise reason on the Bartolini, GLS or Italian postal delivery note; immediately after, the customer must contact us by email, indicating the damage.

All goods shipped FREE PORT NOT INSURED at the time of ordering, travel at the customer's risk and peril, exempting Maglio Energia S.A.S. di marina maglio e C. from any liability.

Maglio Energia S.A.S. di marina maglio e C. exempts itself from any liability caused to the customer or third parties for delays or damage caused by the courier.

In the event of a failed delivery, the courier will make a second attempt and the storage costs will be borne by Maglio Energia S.A.S. di marina maglio e C.; in the event that the goods are not delivered even at the second attempt, they will be returned to the sender; if the customer intends to request a new shipment, they will have to bear the costs again.
