Manual grinder VARIA mod. HAND GRINDER

Created for coffee enthusiasts and connoisseurs of specialty coffees, the Varia Hand Grinder is a high-performance grinder with an advanced design and an ultra-lightweight aluminum body.

The burrs are built using stainless steel with a high nitrogen content, making them ultra-resistant for maximum performance. The burr group has a double ball bearing transmission for excellent fluidity and stability. The transmission group is partly fused with the aluminum body to further improve resistance.

The precision design is designed to have a constant grain size and a homogeneous distribution of particles both on larger grinds, for French press and Cold Brew, and finer grinds, even for espresso.

The precision grain size adjustment is very intuitive and has 24 adjustable steps. The double ball bearing rotation system makes the grinding operation smooth and continuous reducing the effort required
