    The turnip tops, when fresh, are blanched and then flavoured with garlic and chilli pepper. The product thus obtained is put into jars and after acidification subjected to heat treatment (pasteurisation). The trays are filled, topped up with oil, heat-sealed and stored at + 4°C.
