Prepared with cedar pulp and peel, pitted by hand, cutting the peel into thin strips. It has an intense and persistent aroma, a pleasant flavour, and is spreadable with the presence of pieces of candied peel, to give the unmistakable aroma of the cedars typical of our land.
Ideal for breakfast, it can be used to garnish fresh fruit, used for the preparation of desserts and tarts, combined with various fresh spreadable and semi-mature cheeses.
Used by chefs to enhance the flavor of raw seafood and shellfish. Used to season grilled tuna and swordfish, it is an excellent garnish for smoked fish.
To be stored in a cool, dry place away from sources of light and heat. Once the container has been opened, keep it in the fridge and store for a short time as it contains no preservatives.
