Colombia is the world's second largest producer of coffee. The latter has unique characteristics in the world, resulting from the particular geographical and climatic conditions of this country. Colombian coffee is in fact produced between 1000 and 2000 meters above sea level on the slopes of the Andes, and this gives the bean highly appreciated acidity qualities. The Supremo is considered the best of the Colombians. It is pleasantly sweet, particularly graceful, harmonious and velvety. It has a notable structure, an excellent body and a balanced acidity. Its chocolate aroma expands with hints of honey, fresh butter, walnut and sometimes floral notes of bergamot and orange.
